The startup was incorporated in June 2026 and is focused on using artificial intelligence to improve wealth management services for affluent individuals. The founders believe AI can make financial planning more personalised, efficient, and easier to access than traditional wealth management models.Ujjwal Jain is well known in India's fintech ecosystem. Before leading Share.Market at PhonePe, he founded WealthDesk and OpenQ, both of which were acquired by PhonePe in 2022. After spending several years building investment platforms and financial products, Jain decided to step away from his leadership role earlier this year to focus on creating a new AI-first venture.
